SOLIDARITY WITH THE FLOOD VICTIMS IN NTOROKO

Solidarity with the flood victims in Ntoroko district was what RWECO staff and management fulfilled on Tuesday 11th November, 2014. RWECO delivered assorted items to Ntoroko district disaster committee which advised to take the items to Budiba Primary School which was the most affected area amongst others.

Pupils of Budiba Primary School, Ntoroko District

Pupils of Budiba Primary school were displaced when river Semuliki burst its banks on 28th Oct, 2014. The P.7 candidates were re-allocate to do their PLE on 3rd and 4th Nov. 2014. The school has normalised but the pupils need support to cope with the new life after the floods swept most of their property at home.

To recover from the effects of the river Semuliki floods Ntoroko District will need support from development workers, individuals and other institutions. With that background, RWECO will be happy to receive your humble contribution both in kind and cash to show solidarity with the people of Ntoroko district
